Harvey L. Burns Jr. is admitted to practice in all Texas Courts, California State Courts, the Eastern District of California and Southern District of Texas. Mr. Burns is primarily focused on personal injury and civil litigation. While in law school Mr. Burns interned for the Sacramento District Attorney, participated in courtroom mediation and helped advise litigants in the Sonoma County Small claims advisory clinic. Mr. Burns currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Pasadena Bar Association. Mr. Burns is also a lifetime member of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and member of the World's Championship BBQ Committee.
